3-D Tetris: This was the last game released for the Virtual Boy. This is a puzzle game where you can play one of three different game modes, 3-D Tetris, Center-Fill, and Puzzle. You move various Tetris pieces around but it is in a three-dimensional cube. In 3-D you clear lines like in regular Tetris. In Center-Fill you place blocks symmetrically around a center square. In Puzzle, you have to recreate a shape with the blocks. This is a fun game to play and it is a decent game to play.
Galactic Pinball: A pinball game where you select between four different tables which each have their own gimmick. This game is very fun. The visual and sound effects are also great. It also has a save function for high scores, which adds replayability to an already replayable game. This is one of the best pinball video games that I have ever played and it is the best game for the Virtual Boy. If you have a Virtual Boy, get this game.
Golf: A golf game on the Virtual Boy. There is not much to this game. There is also a tournament mode but it does not add much to the experience. I did not enjoy this game and it is not very fun.
Jack Bros: You choose between one of three different characters named Jack. They are Jack Frost, Jack Lantern, and Jack Skelton. You collect keys on a floor before you drop down to the next, also while defeating enemies and bosses. This game is alright but it is not a great game. I liked playing it but it really is not worth the price since this is the rarest and most expensive game for the Virtual Boy in North America. If you really want to play this game I would suggest buying the Japanese version instead because it is less expensive.
Mario Clash: You play as Mario jumping on turtles to throw at enemies to clear levels, almost like a 3-D version of the original Mario Bros. game. This can be fun for a few minutes but it is not an enjoyable game to play.
Mario's Tennis: This was the game that was bundled with the system. It is a tennis game where you play as characters from the Mario games. There is not much to this game but it plays well. This was a great pack in game for the Virtual Boy but you will probably be better off playing one of the other Mario Tennis games that have been released for other systems.
Nester's Funky Bowling: Nester from Nintendo Power got his own game. It is a bowling game, there is not much else to it. There are neat animations of Nester in the background after you knock down the pins. This game is fun to play once but the experience is very limited.
Panic Bomber: A puzzle game like Puyo Puyo but with Bomberman and bombs. You line up blocks and if you have at least three of the same kind of block that are adjacent to each other they disappear. Sometimes bombs appear and you can use them to blow up a lot of your blocks. This is a very fun game and it is one of my favorite games for the Virtual Boy.
Red Alarm: A 3D Space shooter with wire-frame visuals. I am not a fan of these visuals. The gameplay makes up for this and it is fun to play. It is not as good as Star Fox but it is still worth playing.
Teleroboxer: A boxing game where you fight robots. It has some good visuals. The gameplay is alright and it is fun for a short amount of time but it is not a very interesting game to play. I am not a fan of this game.
Vertical Force: A vertical space shooter similar to Star Soldier. You can also change the altitude of your ship and there are different enemies at different altitudes. This is a fun game to play and it is one of my favorite games on the Virtual Boy.
Virtual League Baseball: In this game you play baseball games between teams from different countries with realistic gameplay. While not a terrible game, I did not enjoy this game very much.
V-Tetris: This game was only released in Japan. It plays exactly like Tetris. You drop differently-shaped pieces forming lines. There is also a mode where you can rotate the playing field but I prefer the regular Tetris mode. This is a very fun game and it is unfortunate that this game never got released in North America.
Wario Land: A fun platformer starring Wario. It is a great game but it is too easy. It also has some good graphics. It is one of the best games for the Virtual Boy and if you have a Virtual Boy it is worth picking up this game.
Waterworld: Based on the movie of the same name. A bad movie that got an even worse game. This is a shooting game and it is awful. You fire at enemies and it is very boring. Of the 14 Virtual Boy games that were released in North America, this is the worst one. Unless if you are going for a complete set, do not pick this one up.
